Interim City Administrator/Development Services Director

He commenced employment with the City of Rialto in November, 2001 as Economic Development Director. From 2001 through 2012, his primary responsibility was to manage the activities of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Rialto. After dissolution of the Redevelopment Agency in 2012.  He also oversees the operations of the Development Services Department, including Building, Code Enforcement, Economic Development, Housing and Planning services.
