Pam Lee is the Assistant City Attorney for the cities of Cerritos and Rialto. Ms. Lee handles a wide array of legal issues, and her practice area includes an emphasis on land use and planning, affordable housing, and employment matters. Ms. Lee regularly advises her clients regarding the Brown Act, Political Reform Act, Public Records Act, subdivision and zoning laws, CEQA, and affordable housing laws. In addition, Ms. Lee assists in the negotiation of various development agreements and affordable housing agreements.
