In September of 2015, the Community Services Department welcomed Mr. Perry Brents as their new Director. Brents brings 33 years of experience to the City of Rialto, with a Masters in Public and Business Administration.

Along with the Community Service staff, Mr. Brents is responsible for the City’s 9 parks and its recreation programs and facilities. He oversees the Grace Vargas Senior Center, Rialto Fitness and Aquatic Center, Rialto Community Center, City-wide Special Events, Child Development programs, Sports, Fit4Kids, City-wide Excursions, and Rialto Progress Magazine.
