National Council Negro Women of the Inland Empire (NCNW)
Daily services provided to walk-in clients include Skills Assessments, Resume Writing, Career Advising and assistance applying for job opportunities. Additionally, in-house professionals offer advice regarding skills and strategies needed to secure employment. This facility also houses the first satellite classroom for Valley Community College’s Water Supply Technology Courses, and West Valley Water Technician Training. Walk-in clients receive information on resources and services available to the public in the Rialto and surrounding areas. Appointments are also accepted.

Southern California Regional Rail Authority. Metrolink is often times mistaken for Metro, the Los Angeles Metropolitan Transportation Authority. Metrolink is a separate agency that operates service on seven regional lines: Ventura County, Antelope Valley, San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange County, Inland Empire-Orange County and 91 Line.
