The Community Services Youth Center is a new program designed to provide a safe, fun, and learning atmosphere for Rialto's youth. Our Staff is committed to providing educational support, social/recreational activities, and volunteer and leadership opportunities to help develop and enhance our youth's self-esteem, social skills, and community involvement.
Application
All participants must have an updated application on file before participating in any Youth Center activity. All activities are free to low-cost services and offered to youth ages 11 to 16. Download the City of Rialto Youth Center Application and submit your completed application to the Youth Center, Monday through Thursday, 2:30 to 6 pm.
