Rialto Assistance Programs

On December 14th of 2021, the Rialto City Council appropriated $3,000,000 in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds to be used for a myriad of grants and programs dedicated to assisting Rialto residents and businesses that were affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. All assistance programs have specific requirements and are available on a first come first served basis. These programs are available until funds have been exhausted.
