The City of Rialto is currently working with the Center for Public Safety Management to assess the performance of its fire department. Part of this assessment is to elicit community feedback regarding their experiences with the Rialto Fire Department. Perceptions of performance are also important as the City of Rialto works toward continuous improvement of services and ensures access to all community members.
