When submitting requests for The Rialto Fire Department to attend your event, please submit request at least 30 days prior to the event. If your event is in less than 30 days, please contact the Rialto Fire Department at (909) 820-2501 to check on availability. A submitted request form does not guarantee it has been approved. Someone from the Rialto Fire Department will provide an update on your request via e-mail.
For Community Events, Fairs or Festivals, please provide a dedicated location and adequate space to accommodate a Fire Truck to safely park outdoors. In addition, it is necessary to have an appropriate amount of space for firefighters to depart in the event they are called to an emergency incident.
Please note we make every effort to fulfill your request. Firefighters remain “in-service” and available for emergency response, even during scheduled community events. In the event the firefighters are called away during their visit, we will gladly reschedule your program. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
